The Governor's Interagency Council on Health Disparities complies with applicable federal and state civil rights laws on nondiscrimination. Provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to help us effectively communicate with you, such as:
  • Qualified sign language interpreters
  • Written information in various formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)

Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:

  • Qualified interpreters
  • Written information in your language

File a Complaint

The following office has been designated to handle questions and complaints of alleged discrimination. You can file a grievance if you believe that the Council has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, age, disability, sex, gender expression and identity, sexual orientation, marital status, familial status, religion, honorably discharged veteran or military status, or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a person with a disability:
