  • A draft agenda is distributed two weeks before each meeting via email and posted to our website.
  • A proposed final agenda is distributed one week before each meeting via email and posted to our website.
  • Meeting materials are posted to our website at least 5 days before each meeting.
  • Written and electronic testimony is accepted until 12:00 Noon the Friday before each meeting.
  • Draft meeting minutes for the previous Council meeting are posted with meeting materials for the next regular Council meeting.
  • Final meeting minutes are posted to our website within 3 business days after they have been approved by the Council.
