Timelines and Deadlines
- A draft agenda is distributed two weeks before each meeting via email and posted to our website.
- A proposed final agenda is distributed one week before each meeting via email and posted to our website.
- Meeting materials are posted to our website by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before each meeting.
- Written and electronic testimony is accepted until 12:00 Noon the Friday before each meeting.
- Draft meeting minutes are posted with the following month's meeting materials.
- Final meeting minutes are posted to our website within 24-hours after they have been approved.
