Advisory Committees

The Council creates advisory committees to help develop policy recommendations for each of its priority health topics. Council committees represent diversity in race, ethnicity, and gender, and include participation from state agencies and non-governmental stakeholders.

The Council has convened seven prior committees. Policy recommendations were submitted to the Council for its consideration in developing previous state policy action plans.
