Gwendolyn Shepherd has over
25 years of experience working in progressively responsible positions in
social work, public health education, planning, and management by
objectives with an emphasis on organization and community based
participatory development. Ms. Shepherd holds a history degree from
Saint Augustine College and a Master of Science in Human Resource
Development from American University.
